You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Accounts are for one person and may not be shared.
You may delete your account at any time from the Delete Account page. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms.
Some reports require a Premium subscription. Premium is offered as an auto-renewing yearly subscription. The price is shown before you purchase (currently $29.99 per year in the United States; prices in other countries may vary and may include local taxes).

The Service may link to third-party websites, such as stock charts on Google. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those websites.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kung Fu Giraffe, LLC and its owners, members, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, trading or investment losses, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Service or any information provided through it, even if we were advised that such damages were possible.
You alone are responsible for any decision you make based on the Service.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability; where that is the case, our liability is limited to the smallest amount the law allows.

If you use the iOS app, these Terms are between you and Kung Fu Giraffe, LLC, not Apple. Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to your use of the app. Apple has no responsibility for the Service or its content.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the Service will be brought only in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, that part will be limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the rest of these Terms will remain in full effect.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will change the "Last Updated" date above, and for significant changes we will notify users in the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
